5K and 10K Medals
If your event includes both distances keep the same main layout and change the distance or color. Send us the quantity for each version.
Half Marathon and Marathon Medals
Use the same race logo and landmark on both medals. Change the distance text or ribbon color so runners and event staff can tell them apart.
Race Series Medals
For races held on different dates keep the main design and update the date distance or color for each event. The medals will look like one series but each race will still have its own version.

2D or 3D
Simple lettering and line artwork can be made in 2D. Use 3D relief when a landmark, mascot, or face needs more depth.
Custom Shape
The medal can follow the outside edge of your artwork instead of using a standard round shape. We can also add cut-outs or moving parts after checking the design.
Color or Metal
Soft enamel works well for solid colors. Printing is suitable for gradients and small color details. You can also leave the raised design uncolored to show the metal plating.

We usually start from 100 pieces per design. Every custom medal needs a mold, so very small orders are not cost-effective. The unit price goes down when the quantity increases.

How Do I Choose The Medal Size And Thickness?
Running medals are usually 2″ to 4″ in size and 3.0 to 4.0 mm thick. A larger medal gives you more room for race routes, landmarks, sponsor logos, and small lettering.
Do We Need A Sample Before Bulk Production?
A physical sample is optional. We recommend one when the medal has fine lines, 3D relief, cut-outs, moving parts, translucent colors, or other details that are difficult to confirm from artwork alone.
Can We Check The Medal And Ribbon Separately?
Yes. We prepare separate artwork for the medal and ribbon. If you have several race distances, each medal and ribbon version will be named and confirmed separately before production.
When Should We Start The Order Before Race Day?
We recommend starting 4–6 weeks before race day. Production normally takes 2–3 weeks after artwork approval and deposit. Express shipping usually takes another 5–7 days. Start earlier if the order requires a physical sample or several medal designs.
