Our Order Process

We make custom manufacturing simple, efficient and trasparent. Here’s how we work:

1. Inquiry & Quotation

Tell us what product you want. and Send us your design or idea, including size, quantity, color. We’ll evaluate the request and provide a free quote with unit price, mold fee (if needed), and estimated shipping cost. 

You’d better to tell your expected in hands date, so we will confirm to you. In case of any rush order cannot be made.

2. Order Confirmation & Deposit

Once you confirm the quote, we’ll prepare artwork for your approval. After approval, please proceed with the deposit:

For orders under $500: 100% prepayment required
For orders over $500: 50% deposit required, with the balance due before shipment.

We accept PayPal and wire transfer. For small orders, we recommend using PayPal for faster processing.

After receiving your payment, we start production.

3. Sampling (If Needed)

We can produce a sample for your review. Photos or physical samples will be sent for final approval before mass production.

4. Mass Production

Upon sample approval, bulk production begins. Typical lead time is 10–20 business days, depending on the product and order size. 

5. Quality Check & Packing

All items undergo strict quality inspection and are securely packed to ensure safe delivery. We will take pictures/ video for your approval, as soon as gettin your approval, we will send out the orders.

6. Shipping & After-Sales Support

We ship globally via express courier or cargo freight. For bulk orders, tax-included (DDP) shipping is available for select countries. Tracking numbers will be provided, and our team is always here to support you post-delivery.
