FAQ
Which Hats Work With Magnetic Backings?
Magnetic backings work with common hat styles, including baseball caps and bucket hats. They hold the pin in place without pushing a pin post through the fabric.
Do Physical Samples Cost Extra?
Yes. A physical sample takes about 7–12 days. Sample shipping depends on the destination and delivery method. We will include it in the sample quote. If you do not need the physical sample shipped, you only pay the mold fee and there is no shipping charge.
How Early Should I Order For An Event?
Please allow at least 30 days before your event. Share your event date when requesting a quote so we can check the schedule. This extra time also reduces the risk of an unexpected delay causing you to miss the event. The earlier, the better.
Do I Need To Approve The Artwork Again For A Reorder?
No. If the design has not changed, we can follow the approved artwork and specifications from your previous order. If you want to change the design, size, plating, or backing, we will prepare updated artwork for approval.
What Packaging And Shipping Options Are Available?
Individual polybags are standard. You can also choose backing cards, velvet boxes, or custom gift packaging at an extra cost. We ship worldwide via express /air/ sea.
