1. When you order Enamel medals/coins/ pins, please specify the below information:

Material and Process:

• Copper stamped with hard Enamel
• Brass stamped with Soft Enamel
• Brass stamped with Hard Enamel
• Brass Photo-Etched with Soft Enamel
• Iron stamped with Soft Enamel
• Iron stamped with Soft Enamel
• Zinc Alloy with hard enamel
• Zinc Alloy with soft enamel
• Full 3D sculpture

Plating:
Gold / Nickel / Black Nickel / Copper / Brass / Silver / Dye Black /, If you want to know more about plating, please click here

Colouring:

Please specify the number of colors wanted whatever the process you require.

Size:

THICKNESS:

Please specify the thickness, and if you do not have any specific requirements, we would like to offer you advice.

Epoxy (optional): With /without

Additional Process (optional): glitter enamel/ Rhinestone/ Printing logo / Laser Engraved number, etc…

2. When you order Printing medals/ Challenge coins/ Custom pins,

MATERIAL & PROCESS (optional):

• Brass Offset Printing
• Brass Silkscreen Printing
• Stainless Steel silkscreen Printing
• Aluminum Silkscreen Printing

Size Range: 10-120MM ( the largest width or length)

Thickness: 0.7MM / 1.0MM /1.2MM /1.5MM / 2.0MM (The stainless steel max thickness is 1.5mm because the material is hard. It is very hard to cut when it is in 2.0MM thick)

PLATING: Copper/ Gold, for more metal finish color, please refer to plating color chart.

BORDER (optional):

Without border /White border /Metal border

Epoxy: Usually, we recommend add epoxy coating on the surface to protect the printing logo.

QUANTITY: MOQ: 100PCS

Note:

1. Regarding stainless steel printing, the raw material is silver, It cannot be plated. So when your design is silver metal, stainless steel printing is the most suitable option.

If want other metal finishes, stainless steel with printing, and aluminum printing maybe not meet your needs. Brass with printing is the best option.

3. When you order Plastic PVC Items,

DESIGN:

Flat / 2 Dimensions (2D) / 3 Dimensions (3D) / Full 3D Design

Coloring:

Please specify the number of colors wanted whatever the process you require.

SIZE: width (in mm) *height (in mm)

THICKNESS: Please specify the thickness, and if you do not have any specific requirements, we would like to offer you advice.

QUANTITY: MOQ: 100 pieces

Packing: Standard packing 1pc/ polybag. The optional package is available, it may need an extra fee.

4. When you order Embroidery /Chenille patches,

DESIGN: Provide clear pictures in Jpg, Png, Pdf files.

Coloring: Please specify the number of colors wanted whatever the process you require.

SIZE: width (in mm) *height (in mm)

Regarding Embroidery patches and woven patches, please choose the border you need: Merrow Border (Overlock border) / Heat Cut / Laser Cut

Backing: Iron on Backing/ Velcro Backing/ Paper Backing/ Peel& Stick

Packing: 50pieces/ 100 pieces bulk packing.

Quantity: MOQ: 200 pieces.
